Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
The average processing time is 2 to 5 business days, however, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive following a shop update, around the holidays, or when I am at conventions.
SHIPPING ESTIMATIONS
After you receive your shipping confirmation email, this is how long it will likely take for your order to reach you:
Germany: 2-4 working days
Europe: 10-15 working days
Everywhere else: 4-8 weeks
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
Customers are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
To avoid any surprises, please check your country's customs taxes prior to placing your order.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Please understand all international delivery have certain risks. I am NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or shipping delays due to held up at your local post office or customs office. Once your item has been marked shipped, I no longer have control over how a package is handled. Which means any named explanation are no reasons to get a refund.
- If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly.
- If your item is damaged due to shipping errors please contact me shop@junlichen.de with pictures of the item so I can provide you with a possible solution.
All orders internationally are send with a tracking number.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request a cancelation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification. After canceling your order, refunds may take up to 7 days to reappear in your account.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products, gift cards or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
