BUYERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
All purchases made are final. Please understand I do not accept returns unless the items you received are different from what you've ordered.
BUYERS IN THE EU
According to the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, EU buyers have the right to return a product by contacting me within 14 days. This 14 day period starts from the moment you received your item, and not from when you purchased it. This rule does not apply to custom made products, items on sale, digital items, perishable goods like food or plants, or unsealed goods that can't be reused for health or hygiene reasons, such as earrings.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The delivery fees are not reimbursable, just the item prices will be refunded.
If I've made any mistakes (such as sending the wrong item), please contact me shop@junlichen.de within 7 days of receiving the package.
IN CASE OF SHIPPING DELAYS/DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS:
Please understand all international delivery have certain risks. I am NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or shipping delays due to held up at your local post office or customs office. Once your item has been marked shipped, I no longer have control over how a package is handled. Which means any named explanation are no reasons to get a refund.
- If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office directly.
- If your item is damaged due to shipping errors please contact me shop@junlichen.de with pictures of the item so I can provide you with a possible solution.
All orders internationally are send with a tracking number.
